SHEETS MADE IN SITU

DESCRIPTION

In a similar way as in architectural concrete panels, Flexbrick ceramic tissues are easily combined for behaving as fair-face in concrete floor slabs and domes, prefabricated in both cases.

ADVANTAGES

  1. Free choice of geometries.
  2. Fast laying performance.

TYPES OF FINISHINGS

Patterns.
Tissues with galvanized steel.
Supports and fastenings. A wide range.
Easy laying. eventually fixed by means of screws.

OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

Allows segments with different bending (circumferences, ellipses, parabolas, etc.)
Reliable: The same execution techniques as architectural concrete are used.

TYPES OF ROCKWOOL INSULATIONS

Models: Ventirock Duo and HardRock
Project safely. In any Flexbrick structure, the specific calculation tools are provided for correct dimensioning of the sheet reinforcing and structures to be part of.

STRUCTURE (DOMES AND SLABS)

PREFABRICATED PIECES

DESCRIPTION

This type of solutions, more like reinforced concrete sheets, allow for varied designs. Sheets, as they are reinforced, may work under compression or tensile stress conditions, which allows a simple constructive section to contain a dome and eaves at the same time, for example.

ADVANTAGES

  1. Shutter may be light and economical
  2. Unlimited designs
  3. Formwork removal speed. There are structural sheets from 8 cm in thickness.

TYPES OF FINISHINGS

Tissues with galvanized steel.
Wide range of supports and fastenings.
Laying as easily as placing a banister.

OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

Lengths as long as 50 m with 12 cm edges.
Customized supports, depending on each project requirements.
Overcome the piece by piece laying of traditional domes.
